Loving Learning was founded in 2001 by Alberta Gould Cole, author and reading teacher, based on her belief that: All Parents want their Children to be Successful Learners The Goal of Loving Learning is to assist parents, grandparents, day care providers and community members to help children in their families be literate and seek to become life long learners. Research has shown that the years, birth to five, are when care givers can be the most effective with reading aloud, building language, and verbal games. Infants, toddlers and preschoolers can be given the boost they need to meet their learning potential. Through a variety of programs, Loving Learning supports parents, area schools, and day care providers in their quest for positive literacy experiences for children. |
